Green Eggs and Ham

Eggs

Ham  Cooked

Fresh Basil and Fresh Parsley

Butter

Salt and Pepper

Heat butter in skillet. Crack eggs and cook in the butter until the desired doneness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss in the fresh parsley and basil and allow to sauté. Remove eggs to a plate and top with the herbs. In another skillet add some butter and heat the thinly sliced ham until heated. Plate with the eggs.

Krabby Patties

Jumbo Lump Crab Meat  1#

Panko Bread Crumbs ½ cup

Mayonnaise  ½ cup

Dijon Mustard  1 Tb

Salt and Pepper

Secret Red Dust

Butter

Pancake Mix

Gently mix the crab meat, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt and pepper in a bowl being careful not to break up the crab pieces. Form into small balls and drop into panko crambs to coat. Flatten the balls into small cake shapes. Dust with the secret red dust  not necessary for anything other than to make them red, as Krabby Patties are supposed to be red

Krabby Patty Buns

Pancake Mix follow box instructions

Melt small amount of butter in a skillet. Pour pancake mix into small circles. Once bublles have formed flip pancakes over and continue to cook until cooked all the way through. You will need two pancakes per patty.

 

Poutine

Cheddar Cheese Curds 1 cup

Potatoes or frozen french fries  enough for 4 servings

Vegetable Oil

Salt and Pepper

Gravy

Gravy

Chicken or veal stock 2 cups

Butter - 4 Tb

Flour  4 Tb

Melt butter in a skillet and add flour. Whisk together and let cook for at least 30 seconds. Add stock and whisk until thickened. Allow to come to just a boil and continue to cook for an additional minute.

Heat vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan or counter top fryer to 350 degrees. Carefully add cut potatoes or ready- made frozen fries. Fry unil potatoes are golden. Remove to a paper towel to drain. While still hot serve the fries on a plate on top with cheese curds and cover with the gravy.

White Sangria

Prosecco  750ml

Peach Schnapps ½ cup

Lemon

Lime

Orange

Red or Pink Grapefruit

Slice all fruit and place in a pitcher with the Prosecco and Peach Schnapps. Add ice and stir

Must use red or pink grapefruit for the best flavor.
